Quelle journée fatastique! – What a Fantastic Day!

June 19, 2018

The 2018 Rugby Lunch raised just on $140,000 which is an outstanding amount!!

The annual Keystone Rugby Lunch is going from strength to strength! The atmosphere was at fever pitch as everyone relaxed with their warm-up drinks ready for the big event.  We were very fortunate to be able to welcome former rugby greats Philippe Sella and Frank Bunce who kept the room mesmerised when they took to the stage. It was interesting to hear of some of their personal encounters as part of their respective teams and also hear what they thought of the Tour. Scotty Stevenson did a outstanding job of engaging the pair in conversation, and finally got the opportunity to quiz them on their thoughts on the following days game.We must applaud everybody that came along on the day, both sponsors and friends, who not only created a Rugby Lunch to go down in history, but also generously supported the spirit of the day and Keystone’s fundraising efforts. As Chairman Greg Pritchard said “the outcome of the day assists us in determining our future intake of promising new students”

Check out all the photos from the day here.

$140,000 was an incredible result at this years lunch and this could not have been achieved without the outstanding support of our event sponsors. This group of generous organisations contributed some incredible gifts to the Auction, Scrum Draw and Raffle. We had some very happy people on the day taking home some fabulous goodies. Take a look at our event sponsors below.
