Form Building & Developments join the Keystone Trust Sponsor Family

February 1, 2022

In attending the Keystone Trust annual rugby lunch in July 2021, Form’s senior directors Sean Garde, Phil Culbert and their colleagues were inspired by the advocacy of the Trust; an organisation holding true to its values of supporting tomorrow’s property leaders.

Working alongside a group of like-minded industry sponsors, while sharing a belief in lifting both the capacity and capability of individuals across the construction sector are important values for Sean, Phil and the team at Form.

This led to a natural partnership, and today, Keystone Trust proudly announces its newest sponsor, Form Building & Developments.

Passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders as they enter the property and construction industries, Form’s operations director Phil Culbert is thrilled with the partnership.

“The Keystone Trust family offers deserving young individuals a helping hand into the construction sector, and companies like Form provide the platform for the experience to come to life,” he says.

“Instilling traits like trust, dependability, integrity, and excellence as the benchmark early on in a young person’s career is hugely beneficial socially, professionally and personally, and we are delighted to be in a position where we can offer this support.”

Each year Form employ several junior team members that work together whilst learning skills across all areas of commercial construction operations.

“Offering a position to a Keystone Trust student is a huge privilege, and we at Form look forward to supporting this initiative,” Phil says.

“The opportunity to spark a young person’s passion for the construction industry is a thrill and helps ensure the next generation is engaged in the business early. This provides a solid foundation for the future and continuation of passionate and experienced individuals,” he adds.

In selecting partnerships, Keystone Trust is fastidious in its enquiry into the people behind the brand; and whether the company is walking their talk.

“We are delighted to partner with Form, meeting their team and understanding their ethos is hugely important to us and we look forward to creating some excellent opportunities for students in the year to come,” says Amanda Staines, general manager of Keystone Trust.

“Form’s regional presence in Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Waikato offers continued learning for our students at a practical level, which is hugely beneficial for their confidence, competency and ability to earn those all-important straps on-site,” she adds.
