Wynn Williams and Keystone Trust announce partnership to deliver the Keystone Rugby Lunch 2021

June 9, 2021

Keystone Trust is delighted to announce our new event partnership with national law firm, Wynn Williams. An annual fundraising event, the Rugby Lunch is synonymous with Keystone Trust, which supports students with financial and circumstantial need to undertake tertiary study leading to a career in the property and construction sector.

“Wynn Williams is excited to be involved with this year’s Rugby Lunch,” says Davida Dunphy, who leads the firm’s commercial property practice. “I have been involved with Keystone Trust since 2004, through Bell Gully, Precinct Properties and DLA Piper so it is great to be able to continue to support such a fantastic programme.

Being able to help facilitate the main fundraising event in support of the 47 students currently in the programme and include Wynn Williams in the wider Keystone sponsor whanau for this event is a great honour.”

For Keystone Trust, the level of support for the event is a demonstration of the support and belief the wider sector has for the Trust and its students.

“Keystone Trust has sponsors which cover the whole property/construction spectrum, and we are extremely fortunate to have such an incredibly dedicated sponsor whānau,” said Ms Amanda Stanes, General Manager, Keystone Trust.

“The Trust provides a collaborative environment for sponsors to get to know their counterparts in the industry as people with shared values and a shared vision of seeing these students have the opportunity to realise their dreams.

“We have sponsors, such as Bell Gully, Stride Property and Bayleys who have been with us since the inception of the Trust 27 years ago, and who have now seen some 180 alumni develop into leaders in the sector.  For all of our sponsors, there is an understanding and appreciation that the playing field is not always equal for everyone and that through their support and involvement they can help equalise the odds.”
