VALUE
The scholarship is valued up to $5,500.00 per annum ($2,750 per semester), and is to be used towards fees, course costs, living costs and accommodation. The scholarship is available for two semesters of the same academic year as determined by the Trustees and AECOM.

VALUE
The scholarship value of up to $5,500.00 per annum ($2,750 per semester), will be paid for each year in which the award applies and is to be used towards fees, course costs and accommodation as each semester commences. Simplicity Living is a construction and development company owned by funds within the not-for-profit Kiwisaver and Investment Fund provider Simplicity. It buys development land and constructs long-term build-to-rent 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments as part of Simplicity’s mission to provide comfortable and sustainable living spaces for New Zealanders while being a great investment at the same time.
Simplicity Living follows a low-cost, efficient building strategy developed by Shane and Anna Brealey. Their experience and expertise in building, with an established subcontractor and supplier base is complemented by Simplicity’s ability to fund the Developments. Simplicity Living is committed to sustainability, and developments are certified as HomeStar 7 rated by the New Zealand Green Building Council. After completion, Simplicity Living manages the tenancies and the rental properties.

VALUE
The scholarship value of up to $5,500.00 per annum ($2,750 per semester), will be paid for each year in which the award applies and is to be used towards fees, course costs and accommodation as each semester commences.
