The Keystone Argosy Property Scholarship 2026

Read more about the Argosy Property Scholarship

Argosy Property Limited (Argosy) is one of New Zealand’s leading commercial landlords. We own a diversified portfolio of 51 properties worth over $2.0 billion across industrial, office and large format retail investment property. Listed on the NZX under the ticker code ARG.NZ, Argosy is a top 50 entity by market capitalisation and currently has $325 million of green bonds on issue.

Our Vision is building a better future by creating vibrant and sustainable spaces for our tenants, and their staff, to prosper while also reducing our impact on the planet. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do as a business and how we plan to grow. This is evident by our growing portfolio of green buildings, designed to reduce carbon emissions and waste and to minimise energy usage.
Leading the way in the last eight years we have completed several green developments including 8-14 Willis Street, Wellington’s first certified 6 Green Star office building (and Argosy’s first!). Our green builds adopt innovative products and approaches to bring our existing buildings in line with world leading green standards. What makes our approach truly unique from many others in our sector is that we primarily target retro-fitting existing buildings which produces the least amount of embedded carbon compared with knocking buildings down altogether.

As an organisation, we are always striving for outstanding performance, we do not compromise our ethics or principles. We place great importance on honesty, integrity, quality and trust and we aspire to maintain the highest standards of corporate behaviour and accountability. If this sounds like a company you would like to partner with, then we would encourage you to apply for our scholarship!
