Paul Duffy - Trustee
Paul was appointed as Chief Executive of DNZ Property Fund in March 2001. Paul has 30 years experience in the property industry, both in New Zealand and internationally. He was previously General Manager of Fletcher Property Limited and prior to that, Joint Managing Director of an offshore government property investment agency (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority) responsible for the formation of a large real estate portfolio in the United States and Europe. Paul was Chairman of the Keystone Trust since its formation in 1994 until 2011.
Chris Gudgeon - Trustee
Chris is currently the Chief Executive of Kiwi Income Property Trust and was previously General Manager Property with Auckland International Airport. He also held the position of CEO of Capital Properties NZ Ltd in Wellington. He has been involved in property investment, development and construction in NZ for over 20 years. He has a B.Engineering (Civil) from Canterbury University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Gregory Shanahan - Trustee
Gregory is a solicitor and founding trustee of the Keystone Property Education Trust. As a practising solicitor, Gregory made service to the property industry a specialty providing legal advice to a large number of New Zealand’s leading property companies.
Mike Higgins - Chairman
Mike was a prime instigator of the Trust, having been a fellow Director of Graeme Bringans prior to his death. As president of BOMA (New Zealand Property Council) at the time, he conceived the concept and found support in the industry to successfully establish the Trust in its initial form. He has been the Chairman of the Trust Selection Committee since its inception and became the Chairman of the Keystone Property Education Trust in April 2011.
Mike Bayley - Trustee
Michael is Managing Director of Bayleys Real Estate Limited, New Zealand’s largest private full service property company concluding in excess of $7billion of transactions in 2007. Michael is a graduate of Auckland University and has over 20 years experience in the property industry both within New Zealand and internationally. Mike has been a Trustee of the Keystone Trust since 2002.
Andrew is a partner at Bell Gully. He has led the Bell Gully teams advising on a number of New Zealand property projects such as the redevelopment of the Britomart precinct in Auckland. Andrew became a Trustee of the Keystone Trust in 2011.
Greg Pritchard - Trustee
Greg is General Manager, Fletcher Construction - Building + Interiors division which delivers commercial, retail and institutional projects throughout New Zealand. Greg joined the Board of Trustees in October 2011.
